VetCrunch is practice management software for veterinary clinics: client and patient records, scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, and related tools. By creating a clinic account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your practice.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your staff's login credentials secure. Staff accounts within a clinic are managed by that clinic's owners/admins — VetCrunch doesn't vet individual staff members.
Client, patient, and clinical records you enter belong to your clinic. VetCrunch stores it on your behalf and doesn't sell it or use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for how it's handled and which third-party services (hosting, database, email delivery) process it on our behalf.
Don't use VetCrunch to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access another clinic's data, or interfere with the service's operation.
VetCrunch is currently free to use while in early access. If paid plans are introduced, you'll be notified in advance and given the chance to export your data before any change takes effect.
VetCrunch is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own records of anything clinically or legally critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetCrunch isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You can stop using VetCrunch and request deletion of your clinic's data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
